the upper section fitted with a pair of glazed doors flanked by a similarly glazed door each opening to adjustable shelves, the conforming projecting lower section centered by a pair of frieze drawers above a pair of cupboard doors opening to two banks of three graduated drawers and flanked by a frieze drawer above a cupboard door opening to adjustable shelves, raised on a plinth.
Condition
Overall good restored condition; later finish; the cornice with an old repaired break to the right side lower molded edge and to far right top corner; some glass panels replaced; central right door with a hairline crack to the central small glass panel and with a hairline crack and crack to the right small triangular glass panel; the left central door with a hairline crack to the left large central glass panel; central right door with a diamond-shaped patch above keyhole escutcheon; far left door with diamond shaped patch to the right of the keyhole escutcheon; the two left frieze drawers locked; drawer linings replaced to central right frieze drawer; handles and backplates to frieze drawers replaced; some drawer bottoms to the drawers of the lower section replaced; satinwood banding of doors with some restorations; minor age cracks to each side panel; overall with some old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
