chair: underside labeled Studio/1 Piece Seat and with client's name
- elm, walnut and hickory

Acquired directly from the artist by the present owner
Condition
Overall very good original condition. The chair with some surface scratches, and the seat is formed from a single board. The large desk top, nearly seven feet in length is executed in a beautiful elm, which is naturally yellower in color than the walnut legs. The top with a single knot, which is natural to the wood and not something that was drilled. The notch to the proper right front edge of the desk top is original to the design. The top with some shallow surface scratches. With a single drawer to the underside of the desk.
