examiné avec son cadre. Exécuté sur papier beige. Papier très légèrement gondolé, de très petites marques et un minuscule trou près du bâtiment au fond, cette pièce est en bon état général.

Not examined unframed. Executed on beige paper. Apart from a slight waviness to the paper, scattered media marks and a 0.6cm nick to the paper on the corner of the building in the background, this work is in good overall condition.
