Condition

The sheet is sound and has deckled edges. The sheet is slightly undulating and is apparently adhered to the mount in several places along the edges. There are artist pinholes in the corners. There are some isolated areas of surface craquelure, mainly to some of the thicker black pigments. Otherwise in good overall condition with strong colours throughout. Held under glass in a simple stained wood frame; unexamined out frame. Please telephone the department on 020 7293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
