Provenance
Given by the artist to J.Y.M. over a thirty year period and thence by descent to the present owner
Condition
Each work is on a white envelope. The first three have been neatly cut open by JYM along the upper edge, although there is a small tear to the upper right corner of 'Seated Elephant'. The last one has a tear in the centre of the top edge where the envelope has been opened been and there are further tears to the sealing fold, which is also inscribed on the underside: FLAT C 16-6 Upper / Clapton Road / East Five.
The envelopes have discoloured and there are some occasional light marks of surface dirt. Otherwise they are in good overall condition.
