each stamped BY, for Alfred Beurdeley and also stamped H.V, for Henri Vian, to the reverse, respectively numbered 838 and 824.
Condition
Overall very good condition and presentation; retaining original gilding; appears to have been cleaned with minor areas of dirt in crevices; with very minor areas of green oxidation; one with firing tears to two candle branches; candle nozzles to one wall applique have been drilled and two drill holes to foliate spray beneath the lyre; bottom and top ribbon moulded back plates slightly loose; the other with some replaced strings in the lyre; lacking right floral garland beneath the human mask; top ribbon form backplate slightly loose; the bottom ribbon moulded back plate replaced.
