reserved with an oval panel painted, by Rösler, signed, with a bust-length portrait of a maiden on a marbleized claret ground decorated in raised gilding with flowers and foliage and raised on a high square base, pseudo shield mark above AUSTRIA mark in blue

Some wear to the gilding of the handles; the claret ground gives the appearance of being worn in spots, particularly to corners and along edges but it these spots are glazed over and occured during the manufacture of the vase. Otherwise, generally good condition.
