  • 20 cm; 17.5 cm
comprising: five oval plaques and three rectangular plaques, each painted with a bust length portrait of a maiden, each with carved giltwood frame, four with impressed sceptre over K.P.M marks. 8 pieces.

Condition

All appear to be in generally good condition. However, one oval plaque is affixed with some sort of adhesive to a velvet-lined board within its frame and could not be examined on the reverse.The plaque of the woman with the gauzy head scarf and gold headband probably cut-down from a larger plaque.
