Condition

Overall fair condition; the surface dirty; some small shallow chips to the edge of the brim to front of hat; some small shallow chips to the to of the hat; the bust slightly loose from the spreading foot; top of foot with small shallow chips; areas of dust and dirt to crevices; would benefit from a light cleaning; the pedestal in good condition with two large chips to underside of molded edge to top; the pedestal shaft with some infilling at veins and with some chips and wear around join with top; and with some small nicks; large shallow chips to bottom edge of base with rubbing and wear.
