Condition
Overall fair condition; the surface dirty; the brim of the hat with two large shallow chips to the edge to upper left and with small shallow chips to the right edge; the chest with two infilled square patches; the bust rotates and is slightly loose at join with the spreading foot; top of spreading foot with shallow chips; some areas of dirt and dust to crevices; would benefit from a light cleaning; some small white paint splatters in places; the pedestal in good condition with some small chips and nicks to molded edges of the top with some repaired chips; top edge of shaft with a rectangular repaired break and with small nicks and chips some large shallow chips to bottom edge of base and with some light surface scratches.
