each signed L. Heri., decorated with full-length figures of Bohemian beauties amongst flowering lilies in the round, each cover with interlaced L's and S and the pseudo Chateau des Tuileries stamp.

Condition

Both in good condition and impressive presentation; the gilt-bronze mounts are well cast and chased; minor losses to gilt highlights in places and discoloration to purple iridescent glazing; losses to some gilt foliate highlights to top of covers now showing underglaze in faded purple color; one foot showing restorations to its neck; the other having restoration to the foot showing a crack to the top of the spreading foot.
