Carrier Scpteur to the base, the twin-train movement indistinctly marked... / PARIS / R.V. du Temple, 12 and numbered 568 9 2, each piece with a black inked number to the underside of the base 8087Lacking candle arms.

Condition

In fair condition and presentation with extensive wear, dirt and tarnishing; formerly with a brown patina and parcel gilt-bronze elements such as the feet and foliate pendants; the clock has been lacquered, each candelabra lacking element to the top - probably the stem holding the candles now showing vacant threaded hole. Area of white paint to back tunic of male figure of clock, the glazed door to the back of the clock with cracks.
