Condition

Original canvas. There are strokes of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably along the upper and right edges and part of the upper-left edge attending to frame abrasion, and strokes in the lower right quarter, with minor spots in the sky and elsewhere. There is frame rubbing along the edges, with pinholes at the left and right edges. The work is overall in very good original condition, and is ready to hang. Held in a wide, decorative gold-painted frame with acron motifs, in good condition.
