Condition

STRUCTURE The panel is sound with no sign of cracking or bowing. There are no signs of craquelure and the paint surface is clean. This picture is in excellent condition and ready to hang. UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT Ultraviolet light reveals no sign of retouching. FRAME This picture is contained in its original frame and under glass (with very minor losses to the mouldings). Unexamined out of the frame.
