STRUCTURE
This picture is unlined and in very good condition with rich colouring throughout. There are areas of very fine craquelure but this is only visible upon very close inspection. The picture is clean and ready to hang.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
The varnish appears opaque but there do not appear to be any obvious retouchings.
FRAME
This picture is contained in a moulded gilt frame and under glass (in excellent condition).
