an indenture quadripartite conveying in fee of £50 their right to one-sixth of a "messuage, tenement or dwelling house" in St Martin's Lane, Exeter, to William Floyd, two vellum membranes (c.630 x 790mm.), 27 July 1802; together with 19 other deeds, schedules, and related documents concerning the same property, vellum and paper, 1702-1802
