Condition

Canvas is wax lined. Surface: pressed and slightly abrated, pressed craquelure. Line of pentimenti under wheel next to standing man. Old repaint visible along lower edge, above rump of standing cow at left and roof of barn. Under UV light: repaint from various generations throughout the painting, mostly in the trees and barn, also in the foreground in the darker areas of dirt. Interested parties should inspect this work in person prior to bidding in the auction.
