the central panel painted with the Ascension of Christ, the left with St. John the Warrior shown at full length, and the right with a standing angel holding an icon of the Mother of God, Ease My Sorrows, the borders enamelled with colourful cloisonné  floral ornament against a stippled gilt ground, mounted at the top with a similarly decorated cross, the exterior doors similarly decorated and applied with a large cross decorated with red and white flowerheads, 84 standard
