An oval porcelain dish from the Dowry service of Grand Duchess Ekaterina Pavlovna, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, period of Alexander I (1801-1825)

the medallion painted with a view of the ruins of the theatre in Albano, the border decorated with a garland of flowers placed on a golden ribbon, alternating four oval medallions containing grisialle representations of Italian architecture, inscribed on underside Avanzo del Teatro a Albano, with blue Imperial cypher for Alexander I

There is slight rubbing to the gilding and painted decoration, but otherwsie in apparent good overall condition consistent with age.
