the cavetto painted with a vari-coloured rosette, the border with tracery on a cobalt blue ground, with blue Imperial cipher of Nicholas I
Condition
The cavetto is rubbed and scratched. The gilding on the border lightly scratched. The cypher on the underside is significantly rubbed.
