Condition
The canvas has been lined. The painting has been cleaned recently however there is still some ingrained dirt to the surface. There are three repairs to the canvas (one L-shaped tear to the top centre approx. 15cm long and two smaller tears to each lower corner) which are confimed by examination under UV light. There are further retouchings scattered throughout the sky and elsewhere. Held in a moulded plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
