Biography:

 

Ritums Ivanovs born in Cesis, Latvia in 1968 and graduated from Art Academy of Latvia in 1994. From 1994 to 1995 studied in Humboldt University, California, USA. Since 1999 is a member of Latvia Artists' Union. He works in media of painting and video installation. The main subject of Ritums Ivanovs' works, executed in the traditions of hyperrealism and Op art, is human emotions.
