Condition
Oil on canvas laid down on board. Surface is covered with a layer of varnish. Painting is in overall excellent state. There is a small amount of paint loss in upper right corner. Surface has very nice impasto work. Under UV some small retouches are visible, specifically in the upper left corner, although varnish prevents a conclusive analysis. Held in a modern gold gilt frame with molding and cloth slip. Unexamined out of frame.
