Condition
Tempera on canvas. The surface is slightly dirty. The canvas is very slightly buckled in the forehead area of the man. The canvas is thin and stretcher markes are visible (very minor) in the upper right corner. There is a small 1 inch stain on the right, center edge of the picture. There is a very small hole (size of a pinhole) in the canvas in the man's fist. Under UV no pigments appear to fluoresce. Held in a wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
