Ashram. Ceylon from the series Ashram was completed in 1931 and is in the collection of the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.

Condition

Mixed media on paper laid down on board. The paper is slightly torn at edges, especially on the center right hand edge. There is minor paint loss around edges. There are spots of very minor paint loss in the upper right corner and in the tree area. There are several small scratches and pencil lines visible on the black border. Held in a modern wood frame under glass. Unexamined out of frame.
