This painting on canvas has not been lined but the tacking edges have been reinforced and it has been stretched onto a new mechanical stretcher. The paint layer is quite dry and would improve with a light varnish applied. In the deepest red flower in the upper right there are some filings and retouches. There are a few other spots of retouch on the right side in the darkest colors and in the lower center above the vase in the dark flowers. These dark pigments may have exhibited some instability in the past but in general the condition is good and a small amount of varnish and perhaps some improvements to these retouches would present the picture well.
