Condition
This painting has been lined using wax as an adhesive. The paint layer is clean and varnished and should be hung as is.
Under ultraviolet light no restoration of note is visible however, it is worth considering that the reds of the red cloak of the male figure in the center, the red hat of the fighting child in the lower right and the red clothing of the figure standing on the far left have been slightly enhanced. This red is a little usual for the remainder of the palette of the piece. Overall the painting is in healthy state and although there may be some other retouches, they are not visible either under ultraviolet light or to the naked eye.
