- 231cm. high, 65.5cm. wide, 137cm. deep; 7ft. 7in., 2ft. 1¾in., 4ft. 6in.
the moulded cornice above a pair of panelled doors incorporating a pair of dummy drawers, the interior enclosing hanging space with three sliding trays
Provenance
Supplied to William, 3rd Viscount Courtenay, later 9th Earl of Devon (1768-1835) and thence by descent.
Condition
Minor characteristic warping to doors. Minor bruising to cornice. Left door with losses to moulding to lower left side. Three trays missing from inside. General old marks, wear and scratches throughout consistent with age. Lovely timber and quality of cabinet work. Very good patina.
