Condition
These photographs are in generally good to very good condition. Plates are as follows:
Cannes, 1980 - The right margin exhibits a 1-inch tear and a 4-inch crease. There is a ½-inch crescent-shaped handling crease in the lower center of the image.
Las Vegas, Nevada, 1954
Amagansett, New York, 1969 - There is rippling at the edges of the print and various handling creases in the upper right margin that do not detract from the overall quality of the print.
New York City, 1949 - A sharp crease that breaks the emulsion is visible in the center of the left margin and the corners are lightly bumped. None of these issues detracts from the overall quality of the image.
Hungary, 1964 - There is a small handling crease in the center of the lower margin of the print that does not affect the image.
Wilmington, North Carolina, 1950
Venice, Italy, 1965 - Visible upon close examination is a minute abrasion to the top layer of the emulsion in the upper left quadrant of the image. There is a ¼-inch sharp handling crease in the bottom margin.
Barcelona, Spain, 1951 - The corners are lightly bent or rippled and there are soft handling creases throughout the image that are visible upon close examination.
Reno, Nevada, 1960 -There is faint soiling in the right margin and, visible upon close examination, a light scattering of scratches in the upper right quadrant of the image that do not break the emulsion.
