Description

  • ADOBE DWELLINGS, ACOMA, NEW MEXICO
warm-toned, 1920s

Condition

This print, on double-weight paper with a matte surface, is in generally excellent condition. Two creases, measuring 2½ and 1¾ inches, in middle and lower right edge of the print, break the emulsion slightly. There is some wear and chipping to the edges and corners. Visible in raking light is very light silvering in the dark areas of the print. The reverse is lightly soiled and there are graphite deposits.
