These prints, on double-weight paper with a slight surface sheen, are in generally excellent condition. 'Walapai, Arizona' - There is minor edge chipping to the top and left margin edges. According to Henry Wessel, he signed prints 'Henry Wessel, Jr.' through 1979; in 1980, he dropped the 'Jr.' from his signature. Based on this, it is likely that the print was made prior to 1980. 'Buena Vista, Colorado' - In the upper margin, there is a small loss to the top layer of emulsion. Visible in raking light is a small, soft handling crease in the lower center margin.
