Literature

Horst, Richard J. & Lothar Schirmer (eds.), Horst Sixty Years of Photography, Schirmer/Mosel, Munich, 1991, pl. 8.

Condition

Slight rippling to the left and right print edges. The usual retouching in the negative at the sitter's waist in order to emphasise the hour-glass figure. In raking light a few flecks of retouching visible on the print surface in the top third of the paper. Overall a print in very good condition.
