Description

the curved bar top-rail on carved lyre and swan supports, the padded swivel seat on further swan supports with a triform base on castors, parts later

Condition

In need of some restoration. There are various veneer losses to the top-rail, the seat and the base. The seat has a break at the base of one of the swans with losses to the carvings and the surrounding veneers. There are later parts to the underside of the seat. The swivel action is very stiff and would need some attention. The whole chair is somewhat wobbly.
