Condition

Overall the condition of the pyx is good. There is some minor wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is wear to the gilding throughout and there are some minor losses to the enamel. The ornament on top has been lost. There are a few minor nicks to the edges of the drum and lid. There is some minor greening to the inside.
