Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is very good. There is some minor wear and dirt consistent with age. There are some minor holes and nicks to the surface due to small casting flaws, the core material shows through some of them. There are some remnants of glue visible where the proper right foot is set on the base. The marble base has a large chip to the rear corner at the proper left side of the figure and few minor chips, particularly at the rear.
