Condition
The catalogue illustration is faithful in colour though the painting is darker in tone. The small panel has a slight bow. The horizontal crack appears stable and can be seen in the catalogue illustration. The old varnish is slightly uneven and impedes complete inspection under UV. Some old repaint in the background is present. Only more recent retouchings in the Madonna's cloak show up under UV, though others must be present. Unframed.
