  • A Marble Torso of a God or Hero
  • Height 18 in. 45.7 cm.
standing with the weight on his left leg, and wearing a himation falling from his left shoulder and draped over his left forearm, the ends of his fillet falling over the shoulders, the surface retaining its ancient polish.

As shown and described, back summarily carved, especially on proper left side, areas of incrustation and soil deposites in drapery folds, object is mounted on copper bracket with horizontal brace in back
