Condition
The canvas has been relined fairly recently and the relining is stable. The paint surface is in excellent overall condition, with only minor and sporadic intervention: there is some strengthenin g to the shadow cast by the rowing boat lower left, some retocuhed losses along the extrme lower margin, a small retouching in the central tree and just a few minor retouchings scattered in the sky.
