Condition

Dipinto in prima tela. Painting on original canvas. The ultra violet light reveals thick fluorescent varnish dishomogeneously spread over the surface, integrations over the 4 corners to give a rectangular shape instead of oval to the work. Some retouches are visible near the forehead, over the right and left hand side of the face where craquelure were consolidated. The overall condition as to the state of preservation is good.

Catalogue Note
