Dipinto foderato. Ad un puro esame si evidenzia un ingiallimento della vernice visibile sopratturro nel cielo ed una naturale craquelure nelle parti più materiche del dipinto. L'esame alla lampada di Wood mostra una forte vernice fluorescente sparsa sulla superficie. Si evidenziano dei ritocchi sul collo dell'asino, sulla frutta nelle ceste, sulla testa e nell'abito della contadina. Si consiglia un'attenta pulitura. L'opera si presenta in ottimo stato di conservazione. Painting rilined. From a first hand inspection the varnish looks yellowish, specially over the sky and craquelures are visible over the materic areas. The ultra violet light reveals thick fluorescent varnish over the surface and retouches over the donky's neck, over the fruits and the dress. A careful cleansing is suggested. The overall condition as to the state of preservationa is very good.
