Screenprint in colours, 1967, initialled in pencil, stamp numbered 22/250 verso (0 partly covered by paper tape), printed by Aetna Silkscreen Products Inc., published by Factory Additions, New York, on smooth wove paper, the full sheet printed to the edges, there are remains of cellophane tape and tape residue at corners, paper loss at lower left tip of sheet (now backed verso) and a loss at lower right tip of sheet (backed recto), area of craquelure to right of head in turquoise background extending into the hair and in mouth at left, ink loss along edges of sheet with occasional minute paper loss, other occasional scuffs and slight handling creases in the background, paper discoloration in unprinted areas, uneven backboard-staining
