Lithograph printed in colours, 1896, Wittrock's third (final) state, on wove paper, printed to the edges of sheet, the sheet trimmed, generally in good condition apart from central and horizontal folds, broken through and touched-in, repaired tears and losses, backed with japan

Condition

The print is generally in good condition and presents itself well. The entire sheet is backed with japan as is common practice with the artist's posters. The print has been folded horizontally and vertically and attendant broken-through creases and losses have been touched-in and repaired. Additional tears are visible throughout the sheet, the two largest measuriong circa 7 inches each and at lower right extending diagonally and vertically in the woman's cape to the right of her face.
