Condition
The canvas has been laid down on a flat panel. The paint surface has been extended 2 cm along the right edge, it is secure with some craquelure, under a dirty varnish and has become flattened.
Several areas would appear to have been repaired, though due to the thick varnish it is not possible to confirm with UV as only a few stregnthenings flouresce.
This lot is offered in a carved wood frame that is in good condition but in need of gilding.
