- A Still life with a pewter wine-pot, an overturned nautilus cup, a flute-glass, a pewter salt, a pie on a dish, olives, a partially-peeled lemon and a chronometer, all resting on a table partially covered by a white table cloth

Condition
The support consists of two horizontal panels secured by a batten. The panel join is visible on the paint surface and some retouchings can be made out along the join. The impasto is well preserved and the paint surface is secure under a yellowed varnish. Discoloured retouchings can be made out to the naked eye in the background, although the thick varnish masks these when inspected under UV light. Some more recent retouchings flouresce and are scattered. Some repaint has been applied on the orange centre left and the pie centre right (replacing a chicken). Other areas, notably the jug, are well preserved. Offered in a modern frame with minor knocks.
