Condition

The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is secure and under a discoloured varnish. Scattered discoloured retouchings are visible to the naked eye and a restored horizontal tear of 10 cms centre right. A new varnish would improve the tonality of the picture. Offered in a later wood and plaster frame in fair condition.
