Condition
Lined canvas. There are very distinct demarcation lines along all edges, which indicates that the canvas may have been extended. The paint surface is dry and with very fine craquelure; the area between the flowers is very thin leaving the brown ground visible; the flowers have retained very good, vibrant pigments. Under UV light: old varnish but old inpainting can be seen to the areas between the flowers.
