SURFACE: in generally good condition; a small (about 1 in. long--vertical) crescent-shaped crack at upper left (is due to a knot in the grain of the wood--can see on the reverse); bottom half of thin wood panel warps slightly (turns back) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: no apparent inpainting
