Condition
There are a few visible cracks at the top of the panel going down into the gentleman's head (this is evident in the backs as well) there is a crack on the left hand side making a L down. There are a few cracks from the bottom of the work near the child. There are some areas of unevenness at the top, possible old restorations. There is some light frame abrasion at the right and left edges. UNDER UV: there is an opaque varnish on the work with a few areas of inpainting visible, full extent is unknown.
