Oblong folio (280 x 400mm.), 49 albumen prints (225 x 280mm.; or the reverse), each mounted on thick card, recto only, most signed Bonfils and captioned in French in the negative, manuscript ink captions in French tipped in, contemporary half morocco, upper cover stamped in gilt, gilt edges, first two photographs spotted, other light spotting (mostly to mounts), card mounts rather bowed and lightly browned, binding rubbed
