Catalogue Note

This famous work, published posthumously, is divided into three main parts: the geography of Palestine, an important description of Jerusalem and a history of the world up to the death of St. John the Evangelist. The plan of Jerusalem and large map formed the basis of many copies and adaptations during the next two hundred years.
